Teal Floral Dress

This teal floral dress was found at a favourite thrift shop in the retro section. Loved the fabric, loathed the fit. Think Great Grandma going to Church. Not a bad thing, just not what we’re going for.

It started with long sleeves, high neckline, natural waistline, double vertical pleats on the bodice, mid-calf length. After some much needed alterations it now has Short sleeves, V-neck neckline, empire waist, removed pleats in bodice, above knee length, ruffled bottom.
