About B-Bot Clothing
B-Bot Clothing is a sustainable fashion brand located in Victoria, British Columbia, that upcycles and refashions second-hand unworn and unloved clothing into one-of-one inspiring garments. The goal is to reduce textile and fashion waste by repurposing and revitalizing what already exists and making clothes that are desired and long lasting. With a love for florals, denim, lace, and a soft spot for patch-work, the clothes created are vibrant, unique, and inventive. Sustainability is the primary focus and motivation behind all business practices. Every last scrap is saved and used for something, striving for the lowest amount of waste possible.
Inspiration
The idea for B-Bot clothing was ignited when a love for sewing and sustainable fashion collided with the discovery of the upcycled clothing community.
Learning how creating unique and funky pieces from unworn clothing could even just slightly reduce the impact of the clothing industry was motivation enough to turn a passion into a business model.
Mission
The mission is to reduce textile and clothing waste, increase awareness about how we can make our closets more sustainable, and to encourage people to create a long lasting relationship with their clothes.
