This cream floral pouffe is made from second-hand sourced fabric and filled with our sewing scraps and donated unwearable and irreparable clothing and textiles, pom-pom fluff, and upcycled foam. These pouffes are our way of reducing textile and fashion waste by diverting our “waste” from the landfill and using it in another product.
This design sample is sewn shut, therefore you are not able to add more stuffing unless you seam rip it open and sew it shut again.
Filled Pouffe Cushions are only available for pick up or delivery in the Greater Victoria area. They are super heavy and are difficult to ship. The pouffe is great for living spaces as it can be used as a sitting cushion, foot stool, a table using a tray, or simply as decoration.
The pouffe cushion is 17” in diameter and 14” tall.
The top is fluffy and soft as the stuffing is topped with yarn leftovers from making pom-poms, it’s stable as the bottom is lined with upcycled foam to give it structure, and it’s quite hefty as the content of the stuffing varies. Spot cleaning is recommended if it should become dirty or stained.
